Directions:
Pure Mix: Add 5-6 drops of Medieval Thymes Pure Remedy Mix to a diffuser. Ideal for inhalation or diffusion.
Blend Dropper: Massage a generous layer of Medieval Thymes Remedy Blend to the nape of the neck, bottoms of feet, on wrists or to distressed areas daily.
Blend Roll-on: Roll-on to the nape of the neck, bottoms of feet, on wrists or to distressed areas daily.
Sprays: Mist above head while breathing deeply to boost your body, mind & soul. Spray to purify and clear personal, work and healing spaces from energy contamination. Use on surfaces, outer clothing, facemasks, inside of shoes, hands, chest and the bottoms of feet. 

Soap:  Pump gel onto hands, lather and rinse thoroughly. Makes for an ideal foot wash to help eliminate odour, fungus and infections.
